and came to us in December 2003

Araceli is a bright, intelligent and helpful girl. She is in grade 10 and one of the best of her class.

This really looks like a fun time!

Unfortunately, Araceli's story is but happy. A lot of brutality ruled her family, especially between her parents. Very often, her father bet her mom up. As a consequence, they seperated. The mother found a new partner with whom she agreed to kill Araceli's and Diana's father. She paid some killers who shot the father dead. One year later, in 2003, the mother died, leaving both girls complete orphans.

Despite all problems, both girls loved their parents. Especially Araceli suffers for not having her parents anymore.

Because she was not being protected sufficiently, some drunk "friends" raped her. For six months now, she is seeking counsel trying to get healing for her hurting soul.

Her dream is to study medicine and become a forensic doctor.
