Wilfer has moved back to live at his parent's house
Wilfer Adolfo Peña Corredor

Wilfer came to us 3 years ago, when he was 15 years old. I found him on the street before a grocery store. Carrying people's bags to their cars and begging were his jobs. A nearby restaurant gave him leftovers to eat. Like this, he financend the school education and uniforms for his 5 younger brothers and sisters. When he came to us, he had big learning difficulties. It took a lot of patience and strain for him to be in grade 10 now and be a very good student. He loves Jesus, belongs to a home group and joins the leadership school of our church. Wilfer can now laugh and look into his future with hope and faith.

In the meantime, Wilfer is 20 years of age, is in grade 11 and will finish school this June '06. He has changed a lot, is sportive and has many dreams.

Done it!

Maybe this is why he can eat so much?!!!! In Spanish they say, "Él es una buena cuchara" - which translates "He is a good spoon" and means, he enjoys good food and loves to eat a lotl!

He's an easy going people person and likes helping.
